Dog Bowl

Looked for small water bowls to carry on walks and for use in the car for a small chihuahua. Doesn't make sense to lug around large bowls and waste water especially when you have a small dog that doesn't drink very much at one time. I checked all Amazon vendors with similar products and selected this vendor who had the smallest bowl - advertised "2-PCS Small" with a diameter of 4.4" and depth of 1.8". Received my order today and disappointed that it's 5" wide and over 2" deep. Not what I hoped for and not what was advertised. If I wanted a larger bowl like this one, I would have selected another vendor at a better cost for multi packs. I'm kicking myself for ordering two 2-packs - a total of 4 bowls - now deciding if I should go through more hassle to do the return.

We had to recently take our poms on a 4-hour trip to NCSU vet school with the expectation that we'd have to stay overnight so one could be observed for trachea collapse. So I bought these for their water and food.It was pretty funny watching their collective trepidation as they tried to figure out what trick we were obviously playing on them, delivering their sustenance in such crazy containers! (I like to imagine my dogs are conspiracy theorists and always suspect everyone of trying to do nefarious things to them--mainly because they always act that way.) But once they felt confident enough to try them out, they were good to go!These are constructed remarkably well, and so easy to just pop closed and stow. I love that each comes with a carabiner, because we can just attach the water bowl to one of the handles on our dog tote and let it air dry.All in all, an excellent value!

For only $5, I couldn't go wrong with these. I got these to use when I take my corgi mix out and about to places that allow dogs. These bowls are very small though, but perfect for mine. He's just a little guy. Good for dogs that are up to 15 or 20 lbs, like a chihuahua, small terrier, or a corgi. Anything bigger than that and these will look very small. You'd have to find something a bit bigger. Not really sharable for other dogs either. More just a personal use bowl for yours.

Wow these are very thick and durable. I’m honestly surprised and super happy with my purchase. I have compared this to a bowl i got from five below that ripped out of the blue. I guess from opening and closing. These bowls will definitely not do that unless you take a knife to it. This plastic is so hard I didn’t think I’d get such great quality for this low price I’m really impressed.

I was happy with the quality and it met all my expectations except the depth. The picture of the product bin the ad looked similar to the one I own, but it is not as deep. My dog has a harder time lapping up that water in the shallow dish. See photo, the pink one is the one I already owned, the blue one is the Staruby product.

These are so handy. I was skeptical at first because why would I ever need dog bowls I can take with me? Well I have realized I need them quite a lot! My dog and I travel everywhere together. I always keep water in the car for her and with me wherever we go but I must have lost track of just how often I have had to invent ways to get her water. Well, not any more! I can keep these folded in a pocket no problem and always have them handy. Just last night in our hotel room she used them for food and water. When she was done I just folded them up and easily put both bowls in my pocket. They are super handy to have around.

There's an image of a Chihuahua on the inside of these--just noticed it while hiking with my lab. She didn't care about anything but the water inside. I like that I can hang this from my hydration pack--so much easier than taking a larger collapsible bowl.

Just got this item, but already love it. The carabiner allows me to attach it to my fanny pack (or whatever) and it is also small enough, when folded flat, to fit into my back pocket. The price and functionality for two of these is wonderful. I like that it can be extended out small or to full size giving two options as to depth, and will not leak like many of the other collapsible travel water dishes. Great product for our two small dogs while walking or at the park.
