VitaSpinach Red Spinach Extract Superior Beet Alternative Nitric Oxide Booster Supports Blood Flow, Energy Endurance Pre Workout Performance Boost Natural Superfood Supplement 30 Servings

As a Dietitian, this is my number one product I recommend to my clients who are looking for an improvement in their non-jittery energy and improved aerobic exercise performance. I have never had a client who has not felt a dramatic improvement when taking this ~ 1 hour before exercise. I take it daily and so does my husband. It is just one ingredient (red spinach) so I feel good about recommending it to my clients without any added fillers or natural flavors. This is as MUST for individuals trying to lower their blood pressure and/or improve exercise performance.

Some benefit for NO.

I have been using Vita Spinach every day for over 6 months. It is a great source of nitric oxide without the incredibly high oxalates found from beet root derived products. All of the other red spinach supplements I have found use both red spinach and beetroot but call themselves red spinach, but this product is 100% red spinach. I get the most common type of kidney stones and the result from oxalates. Beets have an extreme amount of oxalates are are absolutely not on the menu if I want avoid them. As a result this is the only red spinach product I will use!

way too expensive for only a 30 day supply.

This stuff is priced at one dollar per teaspoon. To me that seems a bit outrageous. I was hoping I could mix it with fruit drinks and smoothies and it would provide the benefits of spinach without adding a bad flavor, since fresh spinach generally gets easily blended into the flavor of other things you add it to. This does not. I added a teaspoon to a glass of lemon flavored water and it made it dark brown in color and smelled and tasted terrible. I forced myself to drink more than I wanted to but couldn't stomach any more and ended up pouring it down the drain. Perhaps I'll try it with some hot soup and see if that helps, but in general, it isn't something I want to continue to use. Definitely not in sweet or fruity drinks or anything else that I want to enjoy the taste of.

Love this product, I've used it for a long time. It helps with my workouts at the gym and I take it regularly. Excellent overall great product and sugar free. No jitters, no complaints.

This is very high in oxalates. Much higher than beets for example. So if you want to boost nitric oxide to increase VO2 max without consuming high oxalates and running kidney stone risks, your best source is arugula.

Husband really Loves this stuff. He says it really works, Lower Bp and gives him energy. Will be buying again. Tast is good also. That is a big plus.
