Work as advertised and a lot cheaper than other Europe SIM cards.
We bought this Orange SimCard for our recent Europe trip. We followed the exact instructions and activated the sim card account about 1 week before our trip and got an email confirmation. Once arriving in France, we inserted the orange SIM card to use in Europe. (Note: we kept the SIM card PIN handy as it asked us several times to verify cell connection during the trip). The cell connection worked well both in France and Spain. Well worth the money.

Works Great, follow directions
I was hesitant to order this product based on the reviews I read, but I took a $20 chance this would work for our Europe trip.First, go to the website on the card, enter the information on the envelope and the 1st day you’ll be in Europe. When you arrive in Europe, turn off your phone and put the Orange SIM card in your phone. Turn on the phone, you will need the SIM PIN that’s on the envelope. Go to Settings, Cellular, Network Selection. Different carriers may be listed, I checked each one until I found the best service, 4G.Every time you go to a new country, restart your phone and select the best Network Selection. (Every time you start your phone, you will need the SIM PIN from the envelope, I took a picture of the information and saved it to an Album) This card worked great in Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia and Slovinia. It did not work in Montenegro. I only used it for data, I did not make calls or send texts. I was able to send texts from wi-fi, when not using the data, I kept the phone in Airplane mode.Again, it worked great and it’s much cheaper than what I would have paid Verizon.

Total scam!!!
Received the Orange 15GB SIM card for a trip to Italy. Followed the directions exactly and was instructed to install the Orange SIM card in my phone when I arrived at my destination.I installed the SIM card when I arrived in Italy and instantly got a bunch of texts , in Italian , with a bunch of gobbletigook I couldn’t read and asked me to send a copy of my passport for some reason. I absolutely will not send my passport to an unknown entity. Would be nice if this mess would have been clear before I purchased this scammy product before I bought it on Amazon. I do not recommend this product unless maybe you’re an Italian IT expert.

Incorrect data capacity
The speed was good but the capacity of high speed data was wrong. I bought 15GB but when i used data up to 10GB the SIM card was disabled and no mobile signal

Good support
It was a little tricky but eventually got it to work for my trip to Italy. The online support was pretty good. I wish you could get it set up in the US and make sure it works before you leave.

Do not lose the plastic thing or write down the numbers
It worked great until the phone needed to be restarted and then asked to input the info from the plastic the sim card snapped out of, which I left in the last hotel. After a lot of emails I ended up just buying a new card and not wasting time on my trip. It did work well though, just do not make the same mistake of losing those numbers.

Malta/Madrid trip
The sim worked perfectly in both countries. Coverage was good. As my phone does not support having an esim so this sim was perfect. So much affordable compared to having my roaming on. I will definitely purchase again when i travel to Europe.
