This is a very sturdy rib rack. It folds for east storage and is big enough for the full rack with plenty of space between racks for good circulation. When folded is locks in place so it won't accidentally open.

Nice design.. besides ribs I but a foil pack of food below rib rack. No directions a little hard to lock in place . You turn the wing nuts second side you lock is hard to lock.

The quality is good, sometimes a little stubborn to set up. The cleanup is fairly easy provided you spray it with oil before placing on the grill

I do a lot of grilling, bbq, and smoking and have too many appliances and accessories to really count. But, when something works, for a specific task, I always go back to it.So it is with this rib rack. It has one simple job and it does it well. The build quality is substantial, it's as easy to clean as you'd expect, and it should last a lifetime.Having a rack like this allows me to conveniently cook more ribs, at one time, than just laying them flat.5 stars.

I smoke ribs 4-5 times/year using an Oklahoma Joe offset smoker. I never cared about using any sort of rack until a big party when I needed to increase surface area for more ribs. First I borrowed a Weber rib rack from a friend. It sorta worked, but the racks were small and didn't hold the racks well. Having used it once, I decided I should get my own and chose this one as it was bigger. It only has 4 rack spaces (the Weber has 5) but they are taller and longer than the Weber and do a better job at supporting each rack and keeping them separated better than the shallow racks of the Weber. The foldable design is convenient and very well manafactured. The structure is very sturdy. They advertise clean up in the dish washer and it actually works very well. I knocked one star off ease of use as I had to work a bit to get the ribs to "stand" evenly. Maybe there are better designs, but for the price I am thrilled with this product and would buy it again.

The rack was well packaged in its own box and then was contained in a plastic back to make sure that the chrome plating did not get damage in shipping. It was received with no evidence of damage.Before I purchased this rack, the picture on the Amazon website made me worry that this rack might be flimsy. Boy, was I wrong. It is heavy duty and will likely last many years of service providing scrumptious smoked ribs for my family and friends.Prior to getting this rack, I was pretty much limited to 2 racks of St. Louis Style or Baby Back ribs as my Pit Boss KC Combo Smoker and my Weber kettle didn't provide any more room for these large cuts. Now, both are capable of handling 4 racks to where I can feed a large group of family and friends from one session of smoking.The construction is ingenious. It folds down flat so that it stores nicely. This format also provides for easily positioning into your dishwasher. The spring-loaded, rotatable key on the side locks the handles in the upright position making it easy to place into or removing succulent racks of ribs from the smoker. I figured this out without any problem, however it would have been nice to have had a single page instruction in the box to explain this for those who might struggle figuring this function out. When folded down, there are clips which hold the handles in, keeping the unit from flopping around. This is a nice touch.Overall my impression is that this a great value. It optimizes the space in your Smoker or Grill so that you can smoke unto 4 racks of ribs for your large gatherings, even in smaller grills or smokers.I very much recommend this rack. Perfect for smoking, my nephew is teaching my husband and we were thrilled to try this out. Love the well designed heavy duty rack. After using we put it in the sink with soapy water, wiped it down and in the dishwasher to finish the job - came out like new:) And, then it stores easily in my cabinet.

I saw this and thought it's time to upgrade from my old rib rack. This is definitely a great improvement. It's a high quality rack. The type that should last a very long time, as the materials feel substantial. I like that it folds flat making storage much easier. It isn't the easiest to clean, but also not the hardest. It holds the racks well, but they'll have to be cut to size. I plan on trying to use the rack with other meats.

This rack is nice and solid, used it in smoker, ribs came out great. Soaked in soapy water right away, was easy to clean. Love it and would not hesitate to get another one.
