It definitely helps with balance. I’ve had one for several months now. I thought I had ordered small but got mediums & large.

The bracelet itself is okay. It’s gimicky, but it reminds me to walk more carefully so I guess it’s okay. However, this set of three - I ordered it twice and both times received the wrong colors. I returned them both times. All done.
