It is a piece uf urn jewellery, after putting some of my father's ashes into it for my son it started to come undone and wouldn't close again, now, to resolve this I have to send it back, I'm sorry but I'm not about to 1. Empty my dad's ashes into something else with the thought of some of him still being in it to send it back.2.send it back with my dad in it.Great customer service, I think not.I'll just keep it thank you.

I started wearing this without ashes inside to get used to the weight on my neck and I'm gutted because it really looked lovely but within 2 days it broke. I requested refund from seller and went through the process but it has been nearly a week and seller has not granted the refund. So if you want to spend the money, have it break, send it back and not be refunded then this is the product for you! My advice is to go somewhere else for a bullet urn necklace.Edit: after writing this review and rating seller I received a new necklace, only to open it up and one of the gems is missing. Oh my days lol at least they tried to make up for it =]

The necklace and the bullet pendant came in the delivery order OK but as soon as I opened the pendant to put my mums ashes into the pendant and the pendant wouldn't screw closed at all.
