I purchased this several months ago for my 4-yr old grandson. He has loved catching lightening bugs and other insects all summer. All pieces are durable and still work great. He loves to take it with him on our hikes and park outings. I would definitely purchase again.

I would say the description is kind of deceiving. I was expecting a set of 4 bug catchers. Likely to return and buy something less expensive.

Everything looks great so far. This is a gift for my grandson. It’s small so it should be perfect for his little hands. Probably a little smaller than I thought it would be but it will work.

Bought his for a little guy my wife takes care of for his birthday. Broke the first time he used it. What a disappointment !!!

In the picture it looks very nice but I had to return it before I gave it as a gift because it looks very cheesy not recommended for any child

The kids have enjoyed using the Bug Catcher kit. It seems to be well made and easy to use. I would definitely order it again.

plastic is not very strong. will break with 1 fall & afraid the bugs will come out of door since the latch is not very secure

My grandsons loved the bug catcher and can't wait until they can explore outdoors! My only complaint would be that the scissors like bug catcher could be a little sturdier.
