Q: Audio sync feature on my current Samsung sound bar starts at 0 ms and ONLY offers the ability to INCREASE the audio delay. Is this one the same?

Audio sync starts at 0ms and goes until 300ms. It allows you to fine tune it.

Q: There are two Q990c sound bars on Amazon. One is $1499 and this one for $1199. Neither is "renewed", I.e. new systems. What's the difference?

Some vendors run sales on them. In any case make sure it is new in the box. I did get a used one and it was a nightmare. It was not worth 500 in the state it was in. You could tell it had been shipped several times and many things were missing. Go with a New in the box and an extended warranty. The refund finally came back on it after 45 days. The trouble with sending one like this back for sure justify spending the extra cash. The learning to setting was a bit of a chore as well. Once you understand how to do that it sounds great for movies. For music not so much.

Q: Are the speakers in this package Wireless rear speakers that connect to the Soundbar? Plugging them into the wall is fine, but are they wireless?

Yes they are wireless and each need to plug into a normal electric connection. There is a specific way to get them to connect so please read the directions. You need to put the soundbar in a specific mode with the remote...hold down the up arrow..and reset each speaker so the connection occurs...not real difficult. When the lights on the back speakers are blue you are good to go.

Q: Can I add a sub woofer to it? What model?

It can only handle the sub it has.
