Yes, these are socks and you can certainly buy twenty pair of tube socks for the same price as these as your local mega mart. But why? The ones I used to buy never fit my small feet properly and I'd go through the day with them hunched up above my heels or bunching up around my toes. So, again, I ask why buy them when you can have these? I wear a 7.5/8 shoe and these fit like gloves, to pardon the expression. And they are warm. Not "going hiking in the snow" warm but nice and warm for regular use around the house, or shopping, or going for a walk. And they are pretty and fun. The colors are fun and modern and they make me smile when I look at them on my feet. I don't buy clothing for gifts, but every woman on my holiday gift list is getting a set of these. And I am buying myself more in other patterns. Life is way too short for boring, ill-fitting socks. Buy these instead. You'll be glad you did.

Today I was folding laundry and was trying to remember when I bought these socks. It was 2018. They have lasted four years and I have only encountered one small hole on the side of one of the socks. Obviously I only wear them in the winter, but I love them and will buy them again when needed.

The package says that these are 35% wool, 29% cotton, and 36% polyester. So they're not 100% wool but they also only cost me about $1 per pair. They're also not "thick" like the title says. They're pretty thin. Perfect for summer socks, actually. The wool blend helps keep my feet happy and dry and they cost not much more than cheap socks at the dollar store. So they're not bad. I do wish these socks were a bit thicker but, again, they're perfect for summer use.The toe seam seems a little "off" on at least some of the socks, but that's a minor annoyance I can put up with.If they wear well and don't start to pill immediately, I plan on buying another set or two.

First, the socks are LOVELY in person. I bought two different color packs and love ALL of them. They are quality, have not stretched out, and are definitely warm--which makes a difference in winter on, on the farm, in muck boots. They are also very distinct, so I can match them easily from our family sock pile and no one can steal them without me noticing! {smile} Reason I took one star off is that they are definitely shrinking slowly over time in the washer/dryer, even though we do all our clothes on very low heat. I've just started pulling them out of the wash pile and hanging them on a rack in the laundry room to dry rather than put them in the dryer. Would (will!) DEFINITELY buy again.

Great value for warm socks. I did notice a little bit of shrinkage after washing, which made them a little snugger than I am used to (size 8 shoe), but I think after a few wears they will relax a little bit. I would also think from the photo that they come up a little bit further on my leg, but they are just a little longer than a crew fit. These will be my go to socks for under boots! They will definitely stay up, very snug!

These socks are awesome, but I'm knocking off a star for the description. These are NOT thick socks. They are thin to medium. That being said, they are the softest socks I have ever worn. They are just as soft as the CuddleDuds socks. They fit will on my size 7.5 feet, but might be uncomfortable if you are over, say, size 9 or so. The colors I received were just as expected with no crazy differences from the picture.These socks are nice and warm without making my feet sweat. All in all they were a good purchase.

I bought these to replace a similarly priced set. When I first opened them, I was disappointed that they felt thin. However at washing and wearing them, they are quite warm and comfortable. Oddly, they seem a bit small, I wear a size 9 in women's, so, take that as you will. I'm going to give them a few weeks, howeverI'm fairly confident that I will buy another set in another color.

I bought these socks as I am outdoors several hours each day walking or training dogs. We had a cold snap and despite wearing Sorel boots my feet got cold. Once I got these, it warmed up so I haven't had to use them in really cold temperatures but they are definitely warm enough for the 30's. They wash beautifully and the colors are fun. My only quibble is that there is more brown in them than I'd prefer. But that's just me.
