Simple but good
This tester is uncomplicated but covers all the outputs available on most power supplies. I recommend it to anyone who repairs or works on computers.

Expensive, inaccurate
The *exact* same unit, minus the 'Lindy' sticker, can be bought for £26 at Maplin. However, it is comprehensively not recommended. The instructions are gibberish, and the pretty LCD display has the singular drawback that the results it presents are wrong - i.e. when I test the voltages with a calibrated multimeter, the numbers are different. So different that this unit will alarm with an overvoltage indication on a perfectly good PSU. Purchasing this unit could prove to be an expensive mistake.
