Love these products! Seeing wonderful results in my fine lines and discoloration.

The spray bottle did not work. Cannot seem to contact the seller. For that price I would like workable products.

Makes skin feel luxurious but so do many other products 1/4 of the price. I feel they just put a high price tag on for marketing purposes so you feel “expensive” skincare is better which isn’t the case. Snail mucin cream is very similar in comparison. No breakouts for sensitive skin which is a plus!

I recently purchased the EX-Line starter kit, consisting of 8 products and a complimentary Vieton mist on RIMAN's official website. This starter kit is designed to be a daily ritual with 8 meticulous steps intended to help achieve the coveted Korean glass skin look. In addition to this, I also acquired the Daily Aqua BB cream, which extended my daily routine to a 9-step process. During the initial two weeks of incorporating these products into my skincare regimen, I observed some promising results. My skin appeared to have a radiant glow, and the appearance of my pores improved significantly, resulting in clearer-looking skin. However, as I progressed into the third week, I began to notice the emergence of small and medium-sized red pimples. Initially, I dismissed these occurrences as potentially normal, assuming that the products might be purging underlying impurities to the surface. However, over the following weeks, the situation worsened. More pimples and acne became apparent, resulting in a rough texture, and by the 4th and 6th weeks, the pimples grew larger and began to develop pus. Seeking insight, I consulted with individuals associated with RIMAN/INCELLDERM, who suggested that my skin might be undergoing a purging phase to eliminate accumulated debris. They also mentioned that stress and hormonal imbalance could be contributing factors to the outbreak. Despite their suggestions, the pimples persisted through the 7th and 8th weeks, indicating that my skin was no longer purging. Concerned about the potential damage that continued use of RIMAN/INCELLDERM products might cause, I chose to discontinue usage and formally contacted RIMAN through email. In my communication, I provided a detailed account of my skin history and product usage, highlighting that I had never experienced such issues before using RIMAN/INCELLDERM. I also mentioned undergoing significant stress before purchasing the products and expressed that, as I am nearing menopause, stress, and hormonal imbalance did not seem to be the root cause of the skin reaction. Despite these challenges, I conveyed a positive outlook and suggested to RIMAN the advisability of including a disclaimer with their products to address potential issues such as mine to avoid future legal challenges. To illustrate the progression of my skin's reaction, I took several pictures and attached them to the email. However, it seemed that RIMAN did not review the pictures as they did not access the link to the files on the Google drive.Upon reaching out to the company, I emphasized the importance of obtaining a full refund and having the opportunity to consult with a dermatologist to address the concerning impact of RIMAN/INCELLDERM products on my skin. Battling persistent pimples has greatly diminished my self-assurance, leading to significant stress as I witness the ongoing effects on my skin. Although the company acknowledged the refund request, ( I immediately got my refund after) they have not taken steps to arrange the dermatologist consultation. In response, I took the initiative to create a compelling video that illustrates the repercussions of using the products on my skin, offering a visual testament to their adverse effects. Additionally, I shared a series of before-and-after images that vividly depict the profound impact of these products on my skin.I frequently documented my skin's progression through photographs and had planned to share my experience with the products with my friend on social media, TikTok and blog.Unfortunately, due to the disappointing and depressing results from using the RIMAN/INCELLDERM products, I decided not to share. The claim by RIMAN's Korea skincare that their products "Unlock the flawless beauty of Korean skincare and unveil your skin's true" Unfortunately, did not hold true for me.NOTE: I will reevaluate my review once the company reaches out to me. While the product didn't work for me, it may be effective for others. It's possible that it might not work for everyone, even if we have similar skin types. Maybe the products are not the best fit for my skin. Despite my personal experience, I still believe that RIMAN/INCELLDERM products can help others achieve the Korean glass skin they desire. Unfortunately, this hasn't been the case for me.
