Extremely Light Weight
I haven’t used this helmet yet, but was surprised on how light weight this mask is. Season will start soon and this will definitely give me piece of mind while staring down a former D1 outfielder turned 40 something softball icon ready to hit a frozen rope back to me at 90+ mph from 50 feet.

Adequate protection at a low price
Slow-pitch softball pitchers inevitably get hit by batted balls. Body armor is essential. Protecting the face & head should be a top priority. This mask & helmet does the job. It's light-weight has minimal impact on movement. The only precaution I would advise is to make sure the inner part of the helmet is properly aligned each time you put it on as it has a tendency to get misaligned each time you take it off. Doing this takes just a few seconds.This mask/helmet is a better value than more expensive models.

Works great so far!
This was a gift for my paraplegic son-in-law. He has not used it yet but he loved the gift. This will protect his head while he pitches as he cannot move out of the way of balls.

Perfect helmet
Fits good and very sturdy, gives me confidence when pitching. Not real heavy and comfortable to wear.

Great for a fastpitch pitchers dad or mom that catches their daughter
Was tired of wearing the full helmet and mask combination while catching my daughter. This mask is a Gamechanger with a wide open view and very lightweight. Adjustable fit and comfortable.

Adjustable fit works well
Took some getting use to, but works well. Been pitching (slow pitch) with it for a few months now, and glad I chose this one over some of the heavier looking versions. I do wish it had a bit of ear protection just in case, but overall a good product. A bit of a visor would have been a nice touch as well, as I am used to having a baseball hat on, but not that big of a deal. Would recommend.

Protect the head!
As a slow pitcher I was just using the wire mask but got caught right on top of head. This helmet was a bit big and not for women but I’m going to make it work with extra cushion. The way these new bats are they pop off a lot quicker and I for one need that protection.
