I was looking for a compression shirt that made a noticeable difference in both the stomach area and the chest. After days of looking at so many shirts and reading reviews I decided to buy this shirt and hope that it would be what I was looking for. When I got it I immediately opened it and I liked what I was looking at. After putting it on and looking in the mirror I knew that my hours and days looking for the right shirt had paid off. This shirt fits tight around the mid section which was great. The chest area was ideal. Having sleeves on the shirt made a huge difference in pushing my chest in or down or around. Whatever it did for my chest was the game changer for me. I was able to wear several shirts that I had been too embarrassed to wear for years because of my chest. Several people asked me how much weight I had lost recently. I am 52 years old and my upper body looked like it did when I was in college playing baseball. The sleeves were snug but not tight. No circulation was cut off due to the sleeves being too tight. The shirt is plenty long enough to either wear inside my pants or on the outside to help hold my pants up. I have worn this shirt many times and the stitching is still intact and there has been no loss of compression. I have a front loading HE washing machine and I have washed this shirt after each wearing on the delicate cycle with a medium spin at the end and then I line dry it. Like I said, no problems with any areas of the shirt to date. If you are looking for a great all around compression shirt that fits tight then you should give this one a try. I ordered the size shirt that I normally wear and it was the right thing for me. I wouldn't go up a size because it would lessen the tightness and not not work like I would want it to. I do have to put this shirt on by stepping in to it because it is too tight to go on like a normal shirt would be. I reverse the steps to take it off. The process for putting on and taking off is not difficult but necessary. If you want a compression shirt that does what a compression shirt is supposed to do then you have to get this one. It also has back support as an added bonus.

The shirt works great as intended the designI'd a little weird. I wish they just stuck with one fabric.

My husband usually wears the compression shirts at work. It helps hold your back firm and avoid any backache. Also, your clothes look better with this. So I suggest everyone wear them daily. The size was OK as expected and comfortable enough for wearing the whole day.

I got the tshirt one it definitely looks like a women's shirt it's very low cut around the neck and the sleeves are very shirt returning
