I was disappointed with the COLORS Reversible Octopus Plush large that I received. The plush toy had a rip in it, which was quite noticeable and ruined the overall appearance. The stitching and material also felt cheap and not very durable.I understand that this could be an isolated incident but the fact that the product had a defect before even being used was frustrating. I believe that the product could be improved by increasing the quality control checks before shipping out the products. Also, using more durable materials would ensure that the toys last longer and retain their shape, even after frequent use.

Ahh a toy my dogs doesn’t rip
Bought for my dog, surprisingly he doesn’t rip it to shreds, it is still on the go almost a year later! It is exactly as expected
