Crystal Candy Edible Flakes, Day Dream Blue

The product is pretty but there’s only enough flakes for one cake, two if you really really stretch it. It’s my fault for not reading what the size amount was but the picture is deceiving.

I bought two small containers thinking that one was not enough. One was more than enough to cover a size 8x6 tier cake.

It was easy to use. It can be a bit messy when putting it on a cake, cupcakes were easier.

Do order if you expect for it to look like the picture

These bits of weirdness taste like plastic, are stale and may make your cake look somewhat interesting…. No one will eat it though, because it tastes awful!

Giving three stars only because the presentation aspect of the flakes was exactly what we were looking for.Aside from that these are the worst tasting flakes I have ever tasted.They leave a horrible after taste in your mouth and pretty much ruin anything you put them on. If you are presnting an item like we did for a baking contest these are good. But I would suggest not putting them on something you want people to consume especially judges.

Color not as vibrant as photo, mine appear more whitewashed than this. Because the color was off from what I was expecting, I didn't use for the cake I had in mind. Will save for a future use.

Turned out very cute for what I needed. There are bigger chunks, but could be crushed into powder if needed
