Good fragrance but does not burn properly
I like the sandalwood fragrance but the incense sticks do not burn properly - I have to ignite it multiple times as it gets extinguished for no reason. Phool needs to do better quality check before launching the product to the market.

This incense stick does not burn up smoothly. It has to be ignited 2 to 3 times to burn till finish. Product quality needs improvement. Just good packaging cannot sustain for the long term.

HAVE ORDER PREVIOUSLY FROM PHOOL WEBSITE. The smell of incense sticks was really great. But this 12 packs are not upto the mark
