Ordered this 18 months ago and never got around to recoloring our couch until this week. One jar is enough for a chair, not a couch. Had to order a second jar to finish. A few pointers. 1) Better to use it right away as the first jar I had thickened up over the 18 month period before I used it. Second jar I needed to order was MUCH easier to apply. 2) Make sure the leather is dry and free of any conditioners. 3) use better gloves than the one provided. 4) protect the flooring under the piece you are coloring. It will stain carpet. 5) Dries pretty fast so make sure you apply it steadily and sparingly. It will darken a tan colored leather some. 6) Apply a good conditioner once color is how you want it and it has dried.

I cannot believe that furniture manufacturers have not tried to put you out of business! This product completely rejuvenated a pleather couch, chair, and ottoman- the color is amazing! This was an old set in our play room that we were planning to replace soon, but we are now holding on to it. We used the dark brown, and it took two containers to return the color to the faded areas of the furniture. The application was easy, the product dried quickly- it was one of the best products purchased! Thank you!

This is a must if you have leather furniture and an unruly kitten!!. Spent thousands on fine leather chairs, needless to say devastated when I saw what our kitten had done in a matter of days. Thought I would need a compound to repair but this product did the trick. Easy to buff on with the sponge included. Key is to use thin layers. I used a dabbing and circular rubbing technique. Is it perfect, no. But much improved. Since this is a paint-like product I’d only use for stiff corners/furniture. In my opinion, not for soft supple leather since it would lose the supple texture. I wish this was sold in a kit with a leather conditioner. Recommend a conditioner to get a nice shine after using this.

The first Leather restoring product I purchased was not the correct product for my couch. I called customer support and Julie asked me to take a picture of the couch problem and the product I purchased. I thought this was just a run around, but did it anyway. Julie told me it wasn't the right product, refunded my purchase price and told me what product to buy. The product I bought did an excellent job of covering the problem areas and was very easy to apply. Both the product and the service Julie provided exceeded my expectations.

This was so easy and looked amazing! Getting another one for future needs. Covered my dog scratches in my leather couch. It doesn’t patch if you have a tear but it colors the tear and blends in well enough for me.

I was unsure of any product covering the many scratches on my leather couch that was done by my Australian Heeler puppy. However, it did! Completing the process is a learning curve by going from one cushion to the other and rectifying your mistakes. The biggest will be not dipping the application sponge into the little mouth of the jar, but using a small spatula and placing the material onto the spone and spreading it then. Darker lines will not appear and you apply much smoother and thinner, which is critical for appearance. I am satisfied.

the leather recoloring balm on my chairs works great. I just used a light amount as it appears to work better and then another coat later. Right now Im very impressed with this product.

My 25 year old beautiful leather sofa was quite scratched and faded. My son has a very rambunctious BOXER. I only used one coat of the product and then a moisturizer. It looks amazing. We are very happy with the product and the outcome for our sofa. It looks wonderful .

Used this to restore my old leather jacket that I've owned since 1989. It's a black jacket and was losing its colour. It also had scuffs and scratches on it and sweat damage to the collar. The balm has brought it back to near new condition. I thoroughly cleaned the jacket first with a damp cloth and then used Saphir Reno'Mat to get the leather as clean as possible. I only needed one application. I also have a pair of leather jeans so I used the other half of the tub on that. After using it on both the jacket and the jeans I have maybe 5% left in the tub.
