Besides, Aura X Pro is the portable version of Aura Pro who has a built-in battery, which is good for those who travel often. can this scan fat books? I'm thinking like a music fake book that has about 900 pages

Would this work well for an art journal?

This is primarily a document scanner. It doesn't have settings for the high DPI scans that most artists prefer. The camera lens is fourteen inches above the scanning area, which reduces the fine detail in scans. There are multiple video reviews of this model searchable online.
