As a handheld owner of many devices including the Vita, PSP, Switch and several Anbernic devices, the GPD Win 4 is a dream come true. It's literally a gaming PC which you can take anywhere with you. The portability, the easy to click buttons similar to the vita, the built-in keyboard, and the size - made it my favorite handheld of all time. I can play amazing PS3 titles like God of War 3 in 30-50 FPS, Dante's Inferno in 60FPS, Diablo IV, and triple A pc games like Red Dead Redemption 2 any many others.I received the device with a trackpad mouse click issue, but the seller was very communicative and agreed to a partial refund + send me the replacement part.The price is very high but Amazon also gives you a month of warranty so if something goes wrong you have someone to talk to.A few things to take note before you buy it (Updated):- There is a refresh rate issue that is known among reddit forums, which can be fixed by updating the bios to 3.05 and using a software tool that fixed is permanently (There is no longer any need to open the device and flash the screen!)- You need to learn how to manage TDP with motion assistant to get the best of the battery use, there are several tutorials for this (The Phawx has a great video explaining this)- It's recommended to re-apply thermal paste on the CPU and add thermal pads to reduce temperatures since with heavy use degrees can climb up to 75 and more (Tutorials available on YouTube as well)Other then the issue mentioned, the device works great and I had zero issues so far after a week of use.If you're looking for a combination of retro style gaming with the ability to operate heavier titles and you liked the Vita styled buttons, this device is a dream.

I have the device for almost a year now and it still works great, without any issues whatsoever.Runs anything with ease, including latest games, so my nephews are happy.

The GPD Win 4 works well for both gaming and computer function. My only take aways are the screen size (I wish it was larger like the Logitech G Cloud) and the battery life could definitely be better (it only lasts a few hours at a time before needing to recharge, making it less than ideal for portability). For internet it runs Windows 11 OS and is fully functional as a handheld pc. For gaming it can run, cloud stream and emulate almost anything you put on it and the full keyboard beneath the slide up touch screen is a terrific addition for use in both modes of application.

After owning this thing for a week now, I've been very satisfied with my purchase. The delivery was quick, packaging was good too. My only complaint with the device itself is the battery life (100% to 20% in about 1hr45m while playing The Last of Us), but it makes sense so I'm not butthurt about it. I would say, tho, right from setting this up, to do a clean install of Windows 11 or at least download and run a full anti-virus scan before doing anything else.
