This has been a good wrap so far. I have the wrap only and used oil I already had on hand. The pouch is great for keeping everything in one spot and preventing a mess. It has survived the washing machine so far and kept its shape.

The packs are nice quality and washed well. I would prefer the straps to tie or be velcro. However, my concern is that the Jamaican Black Castor oil that came with it, is pale in color, very thin and Not characteristic of even regular castor oil. I messaged seller twice and twice they responded that what they sent is Jamaican Black Castor oil but what they claim and the actual product is contradicting. I will probably purchase castor oil from a more reputable source elsewhere. But packs are worth the money.

Thus wrap works well for me and serves the purpose intended. I’m short waisted, which makes it “bulky” on me. But it works just fine.I picked up the black camphorated oil at Whole Foods and when I experience back pain from sweeping or standing to wash dishes, I apply the oil and wrap and Man.. it takes the pain away.

I did not like this product!! It is stiff and to large for my Neck, which is why I purchased this product. . Example the neck compress is to large, the Velcro is hard and stiff and It's at the end of the Velcro and its still to large. So the Seller Wins and the customer is ALL loss.NO RETURN on this cheapy product.
