Bought these because I wanted a product made in the US instead of China.

I am 60 and bought this because my hair is thinning and falling out as I am typing (not 100 accurate but could be possible). I also need help with ridges running vertical on my nails as well as split. I’ve been using this exact brand in 8mg dose Biotin for years and decided to bump it up a notch to this bottle which I am now on my second one. My hair is still falling out consistently on a daily however, the regrowth is popping up all over, can’t complain. I do feel like my hair has got a little thicker although, it could be wishful/hopeful thinking. What I really have noticed is my nails are growing like weeds. I am consistently having to cut them. The cracks that have been on my thumb for many years and could never grow because of the damage is now fully repaired. The ridges are still there but not as deep. I recently chipped off a gel manicure (do not do this) and it 100% tore up all my nails. However, they are repairing quite nicely. Overall, I do recommend this product as I wish my hair was full and luxurious it could be at it’s best the way it is continuously growing like my nails.

I’ve been using this for a while - I switched from Mary Ruth because of the cost - these have the same active ingredient and a pill form is easier for me to remember and take. I have so much new hair growth sticking out at my part and in front where it was really thinning. I’m very happy and highly recommend. I am 55 and had hormone related hair loss but I don’t anymore:-)

I recommend this product for helping thin hair. Seems to give it some body.

I take Pure Encapsulations 5mg (the lowest brand available, I take just one 5 mg tablet mid-day it is perfect. I feel more alert, and have more natural energy, hope my DHEA levels will improve. Pure Encapsulations has quality ingredients, it is the best. I highly recommend this product!!!

I got this Pure Encapsulations Biotin Complex to help with excessive hair shedding, post menopausal, also peeling fingernails, but it has not helped in the least. In fact, it’s gotten worse, and Amazon refused me a refund. I then wrote to Pattern, the seller of this product on Amazon, a very sincere and heartfelt note, over two weeks ago, and they have just ignored me. I’m unhappy overall, and do not advise other people to buy this product. I used it as a step up, I thought, after at first trying the Pure Encapsulations Biotin. Just a waste of money, overall, it seems.

Not sure if it’s improving my hair, although it does seem shinier. Nails are definitely growing faster and stronger
