Just in case
My daughter went to college and I wanted to make sure she had a just in case of a emergency scenario. So I looked around and found this faux succulent and in it is a hidden key safe. To everyone else it's a cute plant, but to us its just a little more. And as you can see it goes in with her decor.

Looks legit, perfect for jewelry
Having been recently robbed of most of my jewelry i needed a quick and secure method of storing what I had left - the pot blended in with my other decor, and though there is a marked difference between the top part and body, it still resembles a planter perfectly. Theres enough space for a few handfuls of small items like my jewelry and coins, the key lock mechanism appears solid. Next I may try a fake book!

It doesn't come with a plant
I thought a plastic plant came with it, but you have to get your own plant and the tray for you to put it in is very shallow.

Bottom does not fit tightly enough.
Works well but if you pick it up around the top, the bottom hidden part just falls out. I added foam tape around the top rim of the bottom section to prevent this. It would be great if it had a twist-lock..Also added stuffing around the hidden contents so they do not rattle.Otherwise, a nice-looking, shallow planter.

Works but not very secretive
Works, but the bottom of the pot is a slightly different color than the top so it’s kind of obvious if u know that make lock boxes like these.

The bottom doesn’t match the top
It will work once I “enhance” it. The bottoms does not match the top at all. It is an obvious looking “hiding spot”. Solid though.
