Quies Soft Foam Ear Protection Plugs 35dB - Pack of 6 Pairs

These are great, brought twice now lol, I tried a different brand invetween and were no where bear as good. Would recommend as they are soft, but bounce back well when in your ear to block any excess noise.

I first used Quies earplugs in France, and they were the minis for kids, but they were very good for cutting down road noise and snoring. I bought these as they cut down noise by 35db rather than 33db And having different colours meant it was easier to keep track of which ones I was using. I insert these the opposite way round (fat end first) as for me this works best, but even that way round I find them comfortable.

reasonably comfortable when in the ear but you do have to shove them in quite a lot to really block sound and that can make them less comfortable. Fit in one ear better than the other

The only ear plugs that work

Great earplugs, I’ve bought these several times over the years, each pair lasts quite a while and you can wash them with soap in between uses too (make sure you leave them to dry out fully after). They block out my partners snoring so I can actually sleep!! 😂
