I use a medium-large coffee cup, so this pot only makes about a cup and a half, which is okay. (I can always buy a larger one.) I like the quality and the method this unit offers. I have five other coffee makers , each of a different type. Apparently, this one is the healthiest using the paper filter to trap some of the not-so-good oils.

Very easy to use, I didn’t realize there was a cap on the carafe and when I was pouring my hot water over the coffee, of course it went all over until I saw the cap. Second try was more successful and I enjoyed my drink.

I absolutely LOVE this product! I have been slowly but surely transitioning to cleaner, healthier, non toxic options. I drink coffee daily, but was anxious about how it was brewed. I was using a Keurig and then a traditional coffee machine. I did some research and although I was skeptical... I took the risk and bought this item. I am SO glad that I did! It's super easy to use and convenient. It brews faster than the machines I was using! The quality of my coffee is also great. Bottom line, I wish I had come across this sooner. I highly recommend!!

We used one of these while on vacation. Didn’t think it would make the coffee taste any different but it was soooo good. So smooth, no bitterness regardless of what kind of coffee you used

If you enjoying brewing your own coffee then this will work. The cone holds just enough water for 1 cup or roughly 10-12 ounces.If your a person that wants coffee fast without the wait then this is not for you. You have to boil the water, then wait for it to brew then drain. If your not a patient person then stay with the k cups.

The media could not be loaded. I was disappointed with this supposed to be new coffee maker! It has scratches and small dents on the coffee filter holder! It looks more like an used item than a new item!Update (with rating and review update):I wrote a review on the scratches and dents found on a new coffee maker. Without requesting exchange, the customer service of the coffee maker vendor initiated contact and sent me another set of coffee maker (with no damage). Job well done to their customer service! Apart from the customer service, the size of the coffee maker is perfect for making a cup of coffee with the filters that come with the coffee maker set. I am happy with the service and this coffee maker. I recommend it to people looking for a pour over coffee maker!
