Excellent quality appliance. Easy to use and relatively straightforward instruction provided. Very pleased with how it looks in our new quartz work tops.

First one was faulty. Appeared to be working fine when installed then we realised (once the electrician had left) that 2 of the 'rings' gave an error after initially looking like they were working. The error was incorrect pot, however the pots were fine. Bottom line - it was faulty. Had to contact the seller then eventually PHONE Amazon for help, as the contact options just constantly loop back to each other 😡 They wanted this sent back before replacing, which would leave a huge gap in an elderly relatives worktop for a week or so, and would mean 2 further electrician visits to disconnect then later connect the replacement.... not to mentioned the weight and hassle of getting it sent back 🤷‍♀️ Amazon resolved the situation and the second unit works fine. This looks lovely when installed and is easy to operate. However the first unit also damaged the worktop when it had to be removed. So for the hassle, damage and extra tradesman cost - 3 stars seems fair.
