Multiple Manufacturing defects in one glass
Some glasses have a bump on the rim and bubble in the sides(both in same glass). They could have simply checked and removed such defective ones before shipping, but they didn't even put in so little effort. Returned it. Also the glasses are not as elegant as they seemed in the pics, they are a bit thick and heavy.

Deceptively portrayed
This is an average looking glass unlike the tall and beautifully striped photo they have used to deceive. It is broad like a generic coffee mug. I expected better but got disappointed.
