A: They are stable if you are pushing straight down, but if you push sideways at all, they tip over easily. Not sure if that helps.

A: No you do that on a pull up bar

A: Definitely won’t touch the floor. The dip bars extend higher than I expected for weighted dips which I do myself.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does a job if you can tolerate a squeeze and wobble

I’m 5’11” 185lbs. I had to put these at the top height with just one bolt per leg (vs go down another 2” to get 2 bolts in). Even lower with 2 bolts they’re a little wobbly. If you’re smaller looking for something cheap that just about does the job at home (you have somewhere else to go if you’re advanced enough to do some real work, which I’m not yet) these are great and I’m keeping them. If you’re larger and looking for something really sturdy keep looking.
