NOSH for TEENS - A teen cookbook to kickstart your cooking journey

Bought for Christmas for my 14 year old nephew who has just started to show interest in cooking.Book starts with hints and tips on simple stuff like frying, cooking rice and pasta etc. there are then sections for snacks, lunch, feed the fam, sweet stuff. Each recipe has the approx cost as well as difficulty level, with hardest being recipes such as veg lasagne or meatballs and spaghetti.In my view this is a great book for starting out cooking with recipes that are fairly straightforward, don’t take too long and most teenagers will like.

Bought this for don going off to university. Easy recipes. To follow amd ingredients easily bought. Perfect for teenagers and I’ve used some recipies too

This is a Christmas present for my 13 year old daughter who's taken an interest in cooking. Having had a quick look through, the recipes are all the type of things she would eat. I'm looking forward to sampling her cooking! The recipes look easy to follow with photos of the food and the book is small and compact. Definitely recommend.

This book is fantastic for teenagers, bought for a 12 year old boy who wanted to take more of an interest in what he was eating while he was building himself up for workouts. Taught him a lot and it gives you information and links to videos taking every move step by step, even explained things you wouldn't think of explaining like what happens when it boils or simmers, how to do things safely just every detail you could possibly need to know from never being in a kitchen.

Book is bigger than I expected. Recipes are great and lots of them! Having a quick look for the first time, yes! lots of good stuff here that I just know I'll enjoy making. Will get me away from the humdrum, boring meals I've had before this. I liked it so much, I bought it for my sister immediately.

Good illustrations and instructions, easy to navigate and understand.

It will make a great present for a budding teenage cook!
