This ladder is awesome. Not too heavy to carry once it’s balanced. The hand rails are very ‘handy’ no pun intended. The rails are very easy to attach and when climbing the ladder it’s VERY STURDY. The pouch at the top is a nice addition and the pockets are a good size. The material used to make the pockets is very durable. I highly recommend this ladder.

We bought this ladder as it has side handles to assist getting up and down the ladder. In addition it has a bag for tools. Just a tip, the bag must be inserted before you put the ladder together

This ladder is fantastic! We are not Spring chickens and getting on a ladder isn't my fave thing to do. ,but this ladder especially with the rails to hold onto feels so so safe to use! It was easy to put together since 2 screw fasteners were delivered with it. We got it at a discount and couldn't be happier with it. Get it ! Also we have 9 foot ceiling so it is a great height for that

I bought this to use around the house 12ft ceilings curtain rods were a breeze to put up with the handy tool holder and rails made me more secure climbing up. I loved it so much i bought my dad the three step with handles! Just buy it… sturdy and perfect. I weight 230 and it doesn’t even creak when i climb up.

This four step ladder seems to be well made and sturdy. Once you get it assembled, you will feel comfortable standing on it.The one complaint I have is the assembly instructions. I wasn’t clear about which way the handles went on despite the directional stickers. It just didn’t look like it fit the way the directions said.

My balance is not the best so having handles is so important. These steps are great! Sturdy and have handles

I have vertigo and needed a ladder that I could use in the house and feel safe on. It's very stable, no shaking. I am shirt. 5'4 and can touch the ceiling on the second step. I am also very plump and I fit between the rails. I am very happy with this. Also I had 2 family members in thier 60s that bought one each after using this. Great ladder.

Very pleased with this ladder. It is taller than we expected but we can easily and safely stand on it to reach light fixtures and high curtain rods.Its also a little heavier than we thought it would be but we love the design and that the steps are wide enough to move your foot around while on it. Great buy.
