I've purchased 2 ulephone different model's. These are made really good. The price is low compared to other phones. Definitely worth the price

I originally purchased the Note 6 for my 6 year old for games. We were not happy with that purchase mainly due to speed and a child with no patience! I reached out to the company and they suggested the note 14. I returned the note 6 purchased the 16 since there was not a huge price difference between that and the 14. We had a little difficulty getting it set up, but I reached back out to the company by email and Jeannie was so supportive and helpful the WHOLE time! She was definitely very supportive and helped ease all of my frustration. Great customer service through the whole process and we are very happy and pleased with our new device!!

The first few days the battery life was good but then it went bad the bottom right and left sometimes don't touch , the movement from back sometimes don't work other than that you can use it I can afford a new phone at this time so there four o will have to keep on using this one .

I didn't expect this phone to be exceptional, but I don't need a lot. All I'm looking for is something reliable for communication. Texting is fine...mostly. Call quality, however, is horrible. There will be stretches in calls where the sound drops out completely and I have spent more time since getting this phone saying, "Sorry, can you repeat that?" than saying anything useful. Lately, if the call even connects, it's so static and spotty that I've just given up trying to call anyone. Will be switching back to my old phone, whose issues suddenly seem far less egregious. The battery life is also pretty bad. If I am doing ANYTHING with the phone it will not make it an entire day without needing a recharge. And that's IF it actually charges. There have been multiple times I've plugged it in at night, noted the charging symbol, but it is practically dead or completely dead in the morning. The screen doesn't get very bright, and if I put the brightness up all the way it drains the battery even quicker. Camera is...eh. Not the worst, but don't expect to be taking any award-winning photos. I've had other brands of cheap phones before so I hoped this would be manageable, but I'll not be investing in this brand anymore.

Great little phone for the price.

I ordered two of these phones. They are both on T-Mobile prepaid plans and they work great for everything but making phone calls. Every phone call I or my husband try to make gets dropped. These phones work great for texting, using apps, photos, being online, and watching videos. Just don't try to use them for their actual purpose. UPDATE: I have changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars because the customer service is excellent. They will work with you on any issues to resolve it.

You absolutely can not do any better than this phone for the price point. Phone looks great and performance is on par with my Samsung s20 (which costs over 1000 dollars)

I love the cell phone, but having some trouble using some of the app. I have downloads and some app that came with the phone like YouTube will not connect.. It will not connect to the internet when ,I leave my house. I have contact mint mobile to trouble shoot. They try but still will not connect to internet. I can receive calls and make calls and send texts and receive texts. I cannot use Google maps when traveling.
