Great workout - I love it!
Our condo isn't that big, and it already has lots of fitness equipment, so I needed a tiny treadmill that would fit under my bed (which is a twin). While there are a few walking pads around, I wanted one with incline, and ran across the Lifepro Smallest Portable 30in Walking Pad just before Prime day. It has the steepest incline, costs less than the other walking pads with a folding handle, and the price was good. I asked customer support a question, and they replied quickly with the info I wanted, so I grabbed this. It's no louder than the several full sized treadmills I've owned, so not silent, but you can easily watch TV while walking. The belt doesn't slip at all on mine, the speed is even, and it's stable while you walk on it. The remote works pretty well, and the treadmill comes to an immediate and complete stop if the safety thingy is pulled out. As others have said, the incline may not seem that dramatic, but it had my heart rate up surprisingly fast at a low speed, and that hill-like incline is giving me a better workout than my exercise bike. Also, if you're like me and have knee issues or have had them with non-incline treadmills, the incline may make a difference. It's easier on my knee than treadmills without an incline have been, and it's actually better on my "bad" knee than the recumbent bike. It uses different muscles than walking without an incline or than biking, a plus in my case.My only complaint is in order to get the lubricant under the belt, you have to do a partial disassembly, and in dim rooms, it's hard to see if the belt is moving, but we put a piece of tape on it, which helps. Btw, if you live upstairs from someone, just like any treadmill, they're likely to hear you walking. This thing is great. I love the size for storage, the surprisingly good workout it gives due to the incline, and the way the incline makes it easier on my knee. It got me sweating pretty fast, got my heart rate up, and was quiet enough to watch videos while I walked. And with the rail to hold onto, it's easier not to worry about going off the back. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a tiny treadmill with a good incline and who's under maybe 5' 10". It's a great workout that can be stored in a closet, under the bed or tucked just about anywhere.Update: I've had this treadmill for a couple of weeks, and it's a great workout. In fact, I've increased this review to 5 stars. It's so small, convenient, and the 7% incline really gets my heart pumping!Second update: I've been using this treadmill for 5 months, and it's still going strong and totally quiet... and it still kicks my butt!Third update and handy tip: I still love the treadmill, but the best does wander off to the side. I've discovered that if you keep walking but pull away from the side the belt has moved to as you walk, the belt recenters just fine.

Perfect WALKING pad!
This shipped super fast! I have used Lifepro customer support for another product and they are very responsive and friendly. They also have a FB group for more support and even usage ideas, questions and encouragement. I love Lifepro and recommend them 10/10.For the walking pad, please note this is a WALKING pad. It is small and portable. It fits nicely anywhere and roles nicely when putting away if you do that. The set up was really swift and easy and there is a link you can use to the instruction video. It does take a moment to get used to it. There is no railing and I use it in my living room while watching TV or multi-tasking other ways. There is an incline and feels great. I actually have walked backwards on it and is a killer quad workout!I have not been on a zoom call while on it, but did use Marco Polo and it was not too loud. It also has a remote controller! The length is surprisingly sufficient, but if could suggest an improvement it would be the width; apparently I'm blessed with some wide hips lol and so it will take a bit to get used to, but it is not a deal breaker in any way.Overall this is a sleek piece of equipment and hands down recommend!!

Makes staying on track easier
I’m sure everyone’s experience will be different but these are just some of mine.I’ve had this almost a week now, maybe have used about 4 times. Overall I really like it. Since working from home, I’ve struggled trying to keep up with hitting my daily step goal. I almost ways have to play catch up at the end of the night. The days I do use this, I’m usually way over my goal which is great. Here are some of my thoughts:1. I like how short it is. I’m 5’2 and even on a normal treadmill I’m only walk on half of the belt anyway and it save space where I can easily place it under my standing desk. I think for taller people this may be an issue since your stride length will be longer than mine. I have no problems walking normally.2. Lifetime warranty. This sold it for me thanks to another review that I saw. I made a registration on the website when I received it. Of course I have yet to make any claims but if that day comes I’m hoping it will be an easy process.3. Easy install. You don’t have to do much, it pretty much comes out of the box finished. You just plug in but remember to put the oil under the belt before you start walking on it. It tells you how to in the manual.4. Comes with a remote so you can easily turn on and off, adjust for speed. You can’t adjust in on the treadmill itself which I don’t know if that will be a con for other people. I don’t see myself ever adjusting on it especially if i’m walking so remote is good to have.5. Permanent incline. This is what sold me also. Most others did not have an incline and I wanted one to burn more calories. I know it’s a con for some people because you cannot adjust it. I don’t mind it but a slight incline does bother my knees if I’m on it too long. I still like having it but I try to mindful to stretch and rest. It could be cause my step count has came up so much since using it that maybe that’s why my knees are bothering lately.Getting into some one the things I don’t like now:6. Adjusting it is so finicky. They give you a key and there are 2 holes on each side of it and depending if it sways to the left or right or if belt is loose or too tight, you have to make adjustments. I had to do this to loosen the cause there was no way I could lift it up to oil underneath.7. Walking time is only 30 mins. I don’t remember seeing this anywhere or anyone’s reviews but it’s possible I just missed. I thought it was maybe a glitch because I did not expect it to turn off after 30 mins. It surprised me and it stops abruptly where I felt like I was gonna fall when it happened the first time. I know to expect it now but usually when I’m working I don’t think about the walking so it still surprises me. I wish it just stayed on for however long I wanted to but I understand with it being portable maybe that was possible.8. I find it’s a little noisy when you step on. Not so much when you are off it. Not a deal breaker it just is what it is.I’m really happy with my purchase. There were more pros than cons for me so I think I’ll keep it. Personally with my job it’s hard to go any higher than 0.5 speed. I’m always talking to people on the phone and multitasking and notice I can get out of breath sometimes. I think for those who don’t have a talking job this is perfect I could probably walk all day if it weren’t for me having to talk also. I don’t want people to wonder why I’m out of breath lol. If you’re like me and just been trying to get to your step goal, get it. It’s so worth it and it’s made life easier.**UPDATE**I’ve had this a while now and here are more of my thoughts.A week into it, I was adjusting the belt and messed it up royally. Something just went wrong where the belt got caught inside and I could no longer get it centered. I was so upset. I reached out to the company and was so worried that for sure they would not replace it but they did!I was so happy and so grateful cause I don’t know what I did wrong. So thumbs up to their customer service. From emailing my claim to getting tracking info, they took care of me.My new one now has been working great and I am extra careful not to mess up the belt and always reading the correct way to make adjustments when needed. I notice I have to make adjustments often. It does say in my manual if you’re on uneven ground or if you distribute your weight a certain way, the belt can start getting off center. It’s a slight annoyance but I’m ok with making the adjustment. My house is also has very uneven flooring in various places so I anticipate having to do to this a lot, so it’s no fault to the machine.Oiling the belt is still annoying also, but I’ve found some tips from a review here. I saw someone used a straw to get it into the center. My problem with that is that it’s really flimsy to get it. I got a different lubricant I purchased on Amazon that has a stronger nozzle. I haven’t tried it yet but I’m anticipating that may be better. But if you’re in a pinch, straw method is not bad.I’m still keeping my original rating if 4 out of 5 stars. I love it but it’s not perfect. It needs a lot of maintenance which is not a deal breaker but it can have a handful. I don’t mind it since it’s helped so much to stay active which was my ultimate goal. I’ve never made such a long and detailed review but it just shows how much I love having this.Thank you to life pro for making an awesome product and their great customer service.
