I have been using the Grounding Mat for Bed for 2 nights. Upon receipt, i noticed that The packaging was a very basic clear plastic pouch, less fancy than other Earth and Moon products, but still neat and clean. The material felt soft, similar to my original Grounding Mat but the bed version featured holes, which I assume are for breathability and flexibility. The grounding mat was super easy to put on the bed and stayed in place all night, solving my issues with the standalone Grounding Mat. I really like that it works well with my split king adjustable bed and does not bother my husband. The grounding mat did take away some of the softness and made my mattress feel a little hard, but nothing major. I also noticed that I became extremely hot in the middle of the night, which is not typical. Despite these minute issues, I slept GREAT both nights and woke up feeling refreshed. I would still recommend to others and plan to continue using the mat for the sleep benefits I have already felt.

This product works as advertised! I even bought a multimeter so I could test it when I put it on my bed initially. I’ve been using for a month and a half now and just tested it again to discover that it’s still working perfectly. I highly recommend this product over grounding sheets (which I had previously) because this mat is installed on top of the mattress pad and beneath the fitted sheet so it never needs to go in the washing machine. The grounding sheet I used previously for about 2 years had stopped working at some point and I have no idea how long it actually lasted. Apparently, machine washing the grounding sheets gradually degrades the network of silver or carbon fibers woven into the fabric so they no longer conduct electrons from the Earth into the body. Some reviews of this product state it caused them to get too hot but that has not been an issue for me. I don’t notice any difference in comfort level of my bed using this mat but body aches no longer wake me up early in the mornings. What a relief!!!

I love this product! How can I tell it works. I just can! We use this on the bed we had in my RV. And immediately I felt more relaxed. It's easy to hook up. The mat straps on to your bed and plugs into the wall. But there is no electricity delivered. You are just plugging into the ground. The only drawback is that it does not breathe. Of course it's a plastic or synthetic mat. I did not think this would be a problem but there are times that I will sweat even though I'm on cotton sheets. This is the only reason it loses a star. Small price to pay.

I received this grounding mat from Earth & Moon. To be brutally honest, the first 2 nights I tossed and turned a lot. Just the feel of the mat, although soft, wasn't the same feel as sleeping on my sheet. It says you can put the mat under sheet, but I wanted to get the best results possible by sleeping directly on it, which is recommended. I was waking up feeling no different. By the 3rd night I found I was sleeping much better. Now, with over a week of sleeping on it, I can feel the difference. I am sleeping more soundly, I'm waking easier, the hip pain I have been having from radiation treatments last year and early this year, has been minimal to non-existent when I get up. The mat also fits nicely on one side of my queen size bed and surprisingly stays put very well with the straps that go over the mattress! I love that it came with a tester so that I was able to make sure my outlet was grounded. I am seriously thinking of purchasing a small grounding mat for my feet when I'm at my desk at home. Final verdict: Great company and great product!

This really didn't seem to provide any reduction of pain or additional quality of sleep. Now just to be fair, I don't suffer from constant pain and I sleep fairly well, wake up a few times per week (I'm getting older... it happens). This thing caused a cold/plastic feeling under the sheet and then created excessive heat.... I honestly had trouble sleeping on this but it is still on the bed in the guest spot so I can just have a foot or a leg on it. Heck, I really don't know if this helps or not, if it does it is escaping my comprehension but it wouldn't be the first time that happened so I am keeping it on the bed. It was only $150 bucks so what the heck..... Hope it provides some noticeable difference for you. All the best!

Bought the big bed mat but it didn’t work at all. Tested the grounding plug, it worked fine but the mat was useless! Unfortunately it is thin and flimsily made. Because of this, it needs to constantly be straightened as it wrinkles up. The stretch cords did not keep the mat in place. This was purchased as a gift for my partner. We gave it a couple of weeks but sadly neither of us felt it did anything at all.

I have been hearing about grounding mats for a while. I even asked my trainer that uses one if he notices a difference not sleeping on one and he wasn’t sure. I bought this hoping it would make a difference. For those of you that use an Oura ring to track your sleep this is the thing that has sold me. I went from getting pretty minimal deep sleep to a really good amount of about 1.5 hours! My total sleep went from 7 to 8 hours. Overall I’m waking up feeling more refreshed. I use a sheet over the top of it and it was easy to put over my mattress that has a little foam topper on it. I waited to write a review for over a month to see if I saw any changes. I was super skeptical but I’m pleasantly surprised with my sleep progress. So many things cost money and are underwhelming, but this was WORTH IT!
