The media could not be loaded. We ordered this shade for our not so perfect skylight window, our frame is not even and I send the exact measurements and then picked the option where you allow them to make adjustments so it fits, and let me tell you that was PERFECTION, now our not so perfect window looks amazingly perfect. The Best part of all now we can have total darkness on those lazy days, or full light in a sunny day, you can open and close easy and can be open fully or half or little. The assembly is no joke is SUPER EASY! I was able to do it all by myself, only at the end I got a little help holding it to put in the first screw and all because I have long nails ;)Overall excellent product!

I thought I had read more reviews for this particular shade but apparently I was mistaken. I looked at a lot of them. But it did have 5 stars for those that did purchase it. I like that it didn't have a handle that stuck out which gave it a clean look. I was able to assemble and install it myself and also figured out how to get it to stay up and down. While lying flat on the counter it wouldn't stay down so I was concerned but no problem once installed. I would have liked to install it where a Velux brand shade would have gone (clips already in place prevented that & I wasn't sure they could be removed safely) but I also don't understand how you would operate it as it would be behind the screen. Works well so far and very happy with it, but I just put it in. Their delivery estimate was spot on. I'll update this review if anything changes.

My shade was delivered in good time and looks great. Very easy to put together, adjust and install. I did have to find my own mounting screws but it is up and it’s beautiful and keeps my kitchen much, much cooler. Easy to open and close.

I ordered two shades. One was 1/4 inch shorter in width than the other. They made both shades the same width so one shade is shorter in the side tracks. It is very close to falling out. Would not recommend this seller!

I have high end Serena shades throughout the house but I just wanted something inexpensive to shade our skylight. This shade has a great price point and it even arrived a bit earlier than quoted which was nice. It was definitely easy to assemble and install and was cut to exactly what I requested. It was assembled and installed in about 30 minutes start to finish. It serves the purpose well and adjusting it for proper closure was super easy.All in all a good product in my opinion.

Had some metal filling from the holes drilled for mounting cut my finger not badly...Was skeptical about the 100% blackout bought it in white but the cells were lined with a foil..its 100 % blackout yes it is! Tip after assembly I taped the ends to the main beams to hold it together while screwing it in..mush easier to stay together while mounting it in..than removed the tape ..perfectly done! My wife held up one side with the rod thats a big help really need 3 hands..love it though nice product rooms dark.. now open when we need that hot sun light ha ha.

There is a huge gab around the frame which still can see sunlight. The frame came with it has 2 holes each side are having huge burr around those holes and all edges are sharp with burr from trimming which caused difficulty during assembly. I have to hand file all 4 holes and all edges. The instruction is not clear either. I have to watch a couple videos before installment.

This shade is the best skylight shade we've found! We purchased the blackout version and it blocks almost all light. The only light coming in is a tiny bit on the sides as our skylight box isn't totally symmetrical. It was very easy to assemble and install and my partner and I did it in less than an hour.We have purchased other shades that were more expensive and more difficult to install and didn't look as nice. This one is light weight but sturdy and secure with all the screws. It glides very easily so opening and closing manually is very slick.
