I’m glad I took a chance on these with not a lot of reviews to go on. I absolutely love these! I’m 5’1 and finding shorts short enough for my corgi legs but also enough coverage to feel comfortable during my strength and HIIT workouts was tough but these are perfect! The waistband isn’t ginormous tall like the FP shorts but covers my mama belly perfectly. They are the ever so slightly loose but I would not size down. There is a pull elastic in the waist and but I don’t see the point as it doesn’t stay secure. I got the Melanite neon green color. Love both! The neon green is a little sheer and you can see the liner and where it stops but I don’t care cuz the color is awesome! These are my new favorite and go to shorts! 5’1, 126lbs, size 2/26 bottoms.DEFECT: I have 3 pairs and my dark green pair the pocket is sewed backward lol. Instead of my hand being able to go in toward my leg, it goes backward toward my butt. And the pockets are really little so a phone isn’t able to go in there.

First of all, I hardly ever write reviews. When I tell you these shorts are amazing enough to prompt me not only to come back and order more but to take time from my day to write a review- that means something! They are EXTREMELY comfortable, I’m actually replacing all of my Nike shorts with them. They are extremely flattering- they give me such a tiny looking waist.Sizing:I ordered a size medium and they fit comfortably, possibly a little big but I wouldn’t be able to size down. I’m a normal size 6, I fluctuate around 127 pounds. I have chunkier love handles and a small pooch on my lower tummy and these camouflage it flawlessly without squeezing me anywhere.Working out:I worked out in these, starting with a 15 minute incline walk. They do ride up between the thighs but are EASILY adjusted just by shifting minimally. They say perfectly through all of my weight liftingOpacity:I ordered white, I tried them on with beige, grey, white, and light pink underwear and you couldn’t see any of them through. I probably wouldn’t wear the white ones with any loud colored delicates but I’m positive any it’d the other colored shorts would be fine!

I have several other clothing items from CRZ and love the fit and quality, compared to another higher-priced brand. These shorts are no different and a very close dupe to the Hotty Hots. I have several pair off HH in size 8, 4” and although these CRZ state they are 2.5”, they fit like my 4” from LL. I bought Navy in a medium. For reference, I am 5’4” and 130 lbs with a smaller waist and athletic butt/thighs. I probably could have done a small, but I am 43 years old and didn’t want anything shorter. I plan on buying another color!

I don’t know if I have ever wrote an Amazon review but these are the best running shorts. They are comfortable, the liner is very light and you can’t feel them like other shorts I’ve had. Perfect length and the pocket is a bonus. I plan on wearing these for paddle boarding/kayaking. BUY THEM. Im buying 4 more pairs!

I loved these shorts! They’re incredibly comfortable and are just the right length, very comparable to my high rise bitty hot 5” shorts from Lululemon! They fit true to size (for reference I’m a 6 in Lululemon and bought these in a medium). I would definitely buy again!

So I own a pair of high rise hotty hots and these Amazon shorts fit so much better. Higher rise and more booty coverage, but still the shorter inseam I like. The fabric make up is exactly the same, and all the detailing is identical except for the mesh sides. The liner is comfy, and the two colors I ordered were true to the picture!! Can’t recommend these enough, I will be ordering more!! I got a size medium. I usually wear a 6 or 8 in lulu.

These shorts are super comfortable. I’m a size small and these are very true to size. I love how high waisted they are. I plan on getting more. The only thing is the pocket is really little, but other than that I love them.

I have said this in another review about this brand, but my petite 14 yo absolutely loves them! And love the huge selection of colors and lengths.
