Seems very reliable
Overall VERY pleased with my new freezer.SO VERY QUIET!!!! Runs well and quite spacious inside for my needs. I wish the company could have provided a more informative manual with it. Got more info on it from internet site. Overall VERY pleased!!!

Great purchase
Thankful for this purchase. I waited before sending a review to see how things go. Purchased on 2/18/24 & today is 3/6/24 and no complaints. Freezer came with no dents or issues whatsoever. Freezes perfectly on -2 for meats, beef, lamb, pork, fish & other items. I am very happy. The freezer is cute and small but perfect for me and holds $300.00 worth of meat.

Good but. .
Expect it to arrive with a dent. A dent not caused by shipping but rather a dented item from stock. Because the dent was not in a place where there was a shipping box damage. The freezer was damaged before it was shipped. But I kept it anyway because it didn't affect performance and it was going to be located in a place where appearance wasn't important. The thermostat is digital with 1 degree increments which is good but it is not accurate to the one degree. I measured temperatures with a commercial recording thermometer and found it to be 2-3 degrees off - not really a problem. The other good thing is that you lose power for a short time the digital thermostat does not lose its setting. Nice freezer if one wants to be able to use it as a refrigerator for thawing food at close to freezing temperatures.

Won't Maintain Temps, Spoiled Breast Milk
This is a piece of junk. It randomly changes temperatures, gets warmer for no reason, and never gets as cold as the desired temperature. One morning we walked in to see it had randomly risen to the 40s and frozen breast milk had thawed. The whole reason we purchased this freezer was to store this milk.Do NOT purchase this item.
