Bit small but think it would work
It's small on me, the foot hold strap doesn't go around my ankle, this is definitely aimed at smaller people.

Disappointing.
Was expecting some “resistance “ with it ‘ there is no elastic’ only the hoops ‘ is this correct ?The foot part is also very small , very disappointed.
