Great value
A very inexpensive transfer pump that works very well. It pumps faster than I expected and is easy to use. I would strongly recommend removing the batteries after each use. I would buy again

YOU'LL BE SORRY!
If you want a battery driven pump, and you buy this, you're going to have to buy another one. It's practically disposable. I'm guessing it was designed to be the cheapest possible way of putting pieces of plastic together that MAY move liquids. You will feel the cheap the second you touch it, It will remind you of the cheapest, hollow, plastic, water pistols from the 70s. If you happen to step on it, you know it's cracked beyond usefulness before you've put any real weight on it. I'm in awe at the level of cheapness achieved. I actually ordered 2 of them. The toggle switch on the first one was loose and did not work. The second leaked on the first use and I had to look around and tighten all the parts. I've had it for about 2 weeks and have pumped approximate 15 gallon. It's leaking again. I actually went back to my old hand pump, with the tube that's wrapped with teflon tape. It actually works better than this and doesn't leak. Spend more, and get something of better quality. The only value in this pump is the lesson you'll learn for purchasing something this cheap.

battery powered gas pump
This type of pump has a very thin walled hose, first time using it (pin hole) in hose leaked gas while pumping, had to get adhesive, gas and oil resistant to repair the hose. The unit is made in China. The unit makes it handy not needing to lift and hold heavy gas cans while filling fuel tanks, just turn on pump squeeze lever.

Do not buy this item. Used it once. It leaked and now after using it twice, it won't pump

Pumps fairy well and works.
I would say this is a fair pump for the price, but I learned the 2 D cell batteries are not as good as 6AA batteries. With 6 AA batteries, it did much better and did flow near what the item was suppose to flow. Other than that I just worry about how much fuel would spill out of the tube, because with water it was a lot of spillage. Not the best but for the money what else can you expect, hope it last a least a year with care.

Garbage item just leaks and not good flow
So I ordered three of these because they were a good deal obviously you get what you pay for it I've attached the picture where all of them leave from the old ring field I tried contacting the seller he tells me to put some bread sealant tape around it and try it again like yeah no brand new items couldn't be leaking like that the transfer rate is okay as long as you're going down from like a shell otherwise it doesn't pop up at all I have a can on the ground and try to fill it up at waste level and it barely trickles ultimately I would say these are garbage but again if you need to kind of siphon stuff they do help if you have the container receiving below the other container
