Only worn three times so far, but they seem comparable to my partners boring black ones that cost twice the price. I went for the wider style, there's plenty of room to make them much longer despite me being both 5ft 10 and overweight - no complaints at all.

These brightly-coloured rainbow braces seem to be good quality. The elasticated part is narrower than most of my braces, but in such dazzling colours I think this narrower width is just right. The snap-on trouser clips are sturdy and strong, as are the adjustment clips. A nice addition to my collection of braces. Recommended.

I got these as I thought they’d be a fun accessory for Pride events, but the quality is such that I’m sure I will get year-round use out of them. They have an x-shaped back and straps are about an inch wide with bright rainbow colours. The clips feel really secure which is the main thing of course, and the price of £11.99 (at time of review) seems about right. I thought they might be more of a novelty item but the quality is better than I expected and I can imagine lots of outfits where they will add a cute finishing touch, so I think I will be getting a lot more wear out of them than I’d originally planned. The perfect finishing touch to a retro 80s look too!

Do the job

Broke the first time I wore them just a few days outside the return period. Very disappointing as I really liked them.
