What exactly is Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate, and what does it do?

A patented magnesium that crosses the blood-brain barrier, something regular magnesium can't do. Clinical studies show 1.5g/day (2 packets) boosts clarity, mood, focus, and memory.

Why does IQMIX contain so much sodium? Is that bad for me?

Sodium is essential for brain and body processes — most of us actually need more, not less. Each packet has 500mg sodium + 450mg potassium, both critical electrolytes for hydration and nerve function.

Does IQMIX contain caffeine?

Nope — 100% caffeine-free! Focus and clarity come from Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate and 8X-Concentrated Lion's Mane, not stimulants. Perfect for afternoon hydration or evening recovery.

How much Lion's Mane and Magnesium are actually in each packet?

750mg Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate + 250mg 8X-Concentrated Lion's Mane Extract + 500mg sodium + 450mg potassium.

Do IQMIX hydration mixes comply with ketogenic, vegan, and Paleo diets?

We call it "Paleo friendly" (not strictly Paleo) because extracting compounds like citric acid wasn't something our ancestors did. 100% non-GMO with many organic ingredients, but not fully certified organic.
