These hitch pins are perfect when used for what they were designed to do - hitch farm equipment to a farm tractor. Most of my implements use a 3/4" diameter pin, but I have two wagons with smaller 5/8" holes in the wagon tongue. I actually LIKE it that the pin is .025" smaller than 5/8, because it gives some "wiggle room" when hitching and unhitching to the tractor. Also, when hauling equipment on uneven ground, a loose fit is needed when the tractor might be sitting at a different angle than the implement to prevent undo strain on the pin or wagon tongue. I might be hauling as much as 3 tons of hay on these wagons from time to time, and I have no doubt that the pins are up to the task. The nice, big handle helps with unhitching, too.

Works great

Makes it easy to pull my tractor mower trailer around myself, manually, without the tractor. Easy to insert and remove. Right thickness. Much better quality and ease of use than the OEM hitch pin on the John Deere tractor mower.

All the measurements are on the site, but they're still a little sloppy for our use. The shaft is very long, and a bit to narrow for our hitches. But we haven't lost a trailer yet.

Great replacement for my weight distribution hitch from original pins. Longer and the handles are visible. I attached a small chain to the pin handle to the keeper. Easy way to keep all pieces together.

I use these pins on the back of my John Deere for Sway arms adjustment. The Sway arms have 1/2 in holes as you move them towards the center or towards the tire. They are long enough that I do not even have to put the little safety pin in the bottom of it. The handle makes it nice when to give you something to pull up with, when you are adjusting the arms.
