Matilda, the movie, makes my heart cry for her, every time I watch it, but I love a good, happy ending.. and that’s exactly what she gets in the end, and what us -the audience- gets in the end.Definitely, not a comedy, but still a great flick in its own right. Truth be told, my kids saw this movie and finally understand how truly good they’ve got it! A great one for that realization, moms & dads 😉.Great acting throughout by everybody, really. A good family movie, but don’t expect laughs, just a heart warming ending.. which makes everything A-OK!!!! We watch this upstate at our camper. If you have a DVD player, this is an affordable, family, flick!4.25 stars!** I hope my review has been helpful to you 😀.**

It says something at the beginning about it not being the original copy or something. But it is the Matilda movie. It glitched a few times during the beginning but not bad. Disc wasn’t fastened in the case when I got it in the mail. But it’s worth the buy in my opinion for the price

Wanted my daughter to see the original movie and not just the musical that is now out. She loves it!!! Great movie.

Years ago, I purchased this movie for my grandchildren and they loved it. However, my two children in another state does not have a copy. This will be the copy when they come to visit. I will end on this, this is a movie for all ages to enjoy.

Daughter is in love with this movie. Came in perfect condition and we get to all enjoy a old throwback movie with my 8 year old! Win

Una mas para la colección

Marcou a infância de crianças dos anos 90 e 2000. Essa edição importada tem apenas legendas em português de Portugal. Uma pena não ter a dublagem brasileira. Mas vale a pena pelo filme, qualidade de imagem e alguns bons extras.

La edición de importación fue la mejor en esta ocasión, viene la película en español mexicano (la que está en TV es la que viene en la película y me agrada). Adicionalmente, tiene 50 minutos de material adicional siendo el más llamativo la reunión de todos los actores años después de la realización de la película. Realmente es una edición que no se debe dejar pasar.

Matilda es una niña superdotada. Desde niña tiene una madurez poco común y devora todo tipo de libros. Los miembros de su familia no la entienden porque son muy banales. Un día, cuando su padre decide enviarla a la escuela, conoce a Ms. Honey y siente mucho afecto por ella, pero Ms. Honey tiene un secreto que implica a la despiadada directora, Ms. Trunchbull. La edición de "Sony" es de excelente calidad en términos de audio y video, a diferencia de esas ediciones de mala calidad que salieron en DVD.
