Silver, a good buy at good price. Understand previous review about being a bit ruff but found great for card making as whilst still has good mirror effect, not being completely smooth, doesn't smear. Cuts well too.

Not best quality not all fluorescent
Not that impressed not the best quality card and some of the sheets were normal coloured paper not fluorescent so I would not bother buying again the blue was just normal blue paper
