A thoroughly disappointing primary purchasing experience
I have purchased many products from Amazon and various other channels, including several pairs of eyeglasses from the Oakley brand. However, I have never received such poor quality as I did this time. The package only contained a damaged case and a pair of extremely low-quality glasses, and there wasn't even a basic product manual included. I would like to know if this is a used item or a defective product? What are the returns and how do overseas customers feel?

Great look, Rx lenses fit well, a little tight on the ear?
Great look, had my Rx lenses fit perfectly. The right arm for some reason sits tight on my one ear. I’m finding myself lifting it and reseting it often. Weird as its just a straight arm and not a hook like most glasses. Very light, use it for everyday not sports. Might be related to a one-size-fits-all approach.
