Amazing read
Adam has a great narrative style to convey the research topics in simplicity. The examples of ordinary individuals making it to their potential are the inspiring stories that many should read as a part of its curriculum. This book is refreshing take on tapping hidden potential by individual or people responsible for identifying it. Enjoyed reading.

The book has some good points to unleash potential but gets theoretical at places. However, it’s a fine leisure time reading

The Hidden Potential
Simply one cannot gauge what’s a worth of a person, it is determined by how much one is willing to learn and put in efforts to reap benefits of growing as a person. There pages illustrate, how one should be persistent followed by perseverance and grit to achieve things which one strives for. Though at first it may seem slow but eventually the pace will build towards achieving the desired outcome. As said potential counts as only when one is willing to learn and work for it, again I’ll highlight that at first the results may seem too slow but progress takes time, even the evolution took a considerable amount of time for the existence of planet as well as the life inside it. Overall a creative read to foster self growth and discover one’s hidden calibre. The book ends with a note that one should always be open to learning and stay persistent There are various other Adam Grant series that can be checked out for light read.
