So good I ordered 3 more!
In our family of 4, we have all been suffering with ancient tablets. Two were 9 year old RCA tablets, and another was a 7 year old RCA. They say you get what you pay for, but I can't fault them too much, having lasted as long as they did. And our first grader has never had a tablet of his own, he's been sharing mine. Poor kid loves trains and train games, and few of them would run well on the old tablet. So we decided we would start a replacement program, buying one tablet each month. Since I use mine for work projects, and I'm the family techie, I got first shot. (I also had the option of trying a tablet and passing it to someone else if it didn't meet my needs)So, trying to keep the overall cost low, I ordered the CP20. I liked the idea of having a keyboard and mouse included with it, because I do both writing and graphic design work. This model came with plenty of RAM for keeping multiple apps available, and storage space. An adequate screen was also a necessity. So, I placed the order.First impression: heavier than I expected. Then I realized that it has a mildly hefty protective bumper case pre-installed. I took that off, and the weight was less than my old RCA. Turned it on, and found a bright, easily readable screen. I also found a minimum of apps pre-installed. This is a minimal installation, which is a big pro for me. It connected to the home WiFi with no problem, set my Google identity on it, and started installing apps. As easy as any computer set-up I've done in 40 years. I've thrown an suite of office apps and some design apps on it, with no complaints. Added a couple of map-making tools for RPGs, and they work great. So, the family is looking over my should from time to time, and liking what they see. I'm asked how much I paid for it, and everyone is surprised at the low price, and the first suggestion is made to go ahead and get one for each family member. "Just watch, they'll be sold out now at that price!" comes the concern. So I check - and the price has dropped $4 in the 48 hours since I ordered it. So I ordered 3 more, and they all had the same easy set-up.PROS:Lots of RAMLots of storageGood expandability (1TB)FastEasy set-upNo bloatware/unneeded appsKeyboard and mouse work greatCONSMedium camera resolution (Not a big deal, my Motorola phone has a great camera on it, and I'm still partial to my DSLR for serious photography)The included stand is part of the bumper case, and is not terribly stable. It may get replacedThe "At A Glance" display on the launcher screen is, IMHO, annoying. I tried to turn it off, but couldn't find any way to do so. Did some research and found that it is a fixed feature of the launcher app installed by default. I will be finding another launcher. Gives me a good excuse to further customize my phone.Oh, and those train games that our boy likes? They run great on here, including a train simulator made for adults that he has spent that last 2 days figuring out and having a blast with.

Worst buy ever
I bought this crappy tablet and it came charged. I set it up and put it away until I needed it for work. I immediately noticed the battery was draining quickly. I plugged it in to charge and it wouldn’t charge at all. It died and now it won’t turn on because it won’t charge. I called to get it replaced which they sent but under the condition that I’ll need to send the broken one back after factory resetting it within 30days. I explained that I can’t factory reset it because it died and won’t charge to turn back on. I also explained that the tablet has access to emails, passwords and patient records and there’s no way I can send it back without deleting everything 1st. I spoke with 3ppl total and 2 told me they can’t help me. The last person was an angel and got it replaced for me WITHOUT me having to send the other one back. Hopefully this 2nd tablet works just fine.To be safe, please don’t buy this!!! It took me 7 hours to get this resolved.

Awesome
I went into this with low expectations. I got it in March 2024 and it’s now the nearing end of July. This tablet is everything I wanted. Kindle works great. YouTube, Spotify, and all streaming apps work great. I have never tried to have more than 2-3 apps opened at once. But it works great with that number. I’ve had zero problems with charging, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth. I have never used the mouse or the keyboard due to owning a MacBook and so I don’t need to utilize those. But I do have them in case of emergency if something happens to my MacBook. I bought a tablet floor stand for this tablet. I also bought a case here off of Amazon that was more to my aesthetic. A 10” tablet case works. Just make sure it’s a universal case and not made for a specific type of tablet like an iPad or Samsung. I may end up giving this to my son and purchasing the pink tablet in future. I love this and do not at all regret buying. It’s been a great purchase and love having it

Charge Port Inadequate
So I bought this as my first 2-in-1; I wanted something that I could carry with me to take notes in meetings while also using it for downtime like reading or apps. It's fine for notes and emailing but is otherwise not meeting expectations. Notes, emails, YouTube - those did fine. Your basics are there, and I'm certain for reading with a regular charge, it would be fine.Right off the bat, the charge port doesn't work, even with the provided charger. It will unplug itself when laid flat on my desk and not in use. I don't even have to be touching it; it'll just pop right out. I thought it was the case at first, so I took that off. It wasn't.Other apps are a no go. Either they don't load at all or they're super slow and grainy. I have a game that I have been playing on my last two phones - one of which was a three year old shelf model from a big box store - that won't even load. Black screen and then nothing.So. Long story short. This will be going back and I'll have to find something else.

Overall good quality product for the price.Good customer service
This is a very nice tablet for the price.Battery life is decent and depends on the usage.Screen is bright and picture quality is very good. After 2 months tablet display screen lines started to show up and I contacted customer service. The response was quick and they asked me to send the tablet back for repair. After they determined it cannot be fixed a new tablet was sent to me.
