I love that this set has 5 levels so it lasts beyond first grade. The word chips are double sided but different levels on each side. The color of the chip matches the color of the master word list card. The dinos are cute and their little suction cups to help them stand. One dino has a suction cup on it's butt though and one on it's face, which is odd (these are extra suction cups, they also have one on their feet). The instructions are on the bottom of the box and it's kind of similar to the fly swat sight word game where the goal is really to find the correct sigh word that's been called the quickest. This will definitely be getting a lot of use in our homeschooling and it's great because it works for multiple levels/ages. You can also just put out the chips for the words they've learned so far, so it's easier with less chips at the beginning of the year and becomes more difficult as the year (and their knowledge) progresses.

Cute concept, however the box has a lot of misspelled words ie: 'sigh' words

My daughter loves dinosaurs, so she loved using the dinosaurs to pick up the words. We had to play the game a bit differently because she is only 4. So instead of just telling her a word, I spelled it out for her and told her to look for the letters for the word and sound it out.
