I am really disappointed that it doesn’t hold a charge well. Tried it out and was hopeful after being without power for a few days. I just ordered some battery powered ones and and hopeful those will work better.

This fan takes forever to charge up to green light status. Then it goes green and quickly goes red again, so I can't tell what's going on with the battery. I bought it with the intent of placing it on my bedside table at night but it never lasts through the night. I have to charge it every day if I want to use it at all during the night. The USB port in the back is finicky and difficult to use. I gave up and just leave the cord plugged in, keeping it coiled up - I never fold the fan up so this isn't a problem. I'm outside of the return window otherwise I'd request a refund.

Fan works as intended and battery last for long in low setting. The price of fan is little bit high for small Portable fan. I hope it will last for Long period of years

This is a pretty amazing little fan.small and powerful. Must have for summer camping，lite weight and very useful.

The only thing I like about the fan is the concept. I live in Minnesota, we get storms. Every now and then we lose power. I don't know about you but when it is in the 90's or 100's and we don't have power to run the ac or a fan I get crabby. I saw this fan and said perfect. I ordered 2, they arrived, I charged them up. They charge fine, as soon as you unplug them the battery goes dead in 20 minutes. Not 4.5 to 12 hours like advertised, 20 minutes. I would return them, but when I got them I got excited and cut up the boxes. Now I am stuck with 2 fans that cost 40.00 each that I will not be able to use when the power goes out. I guess I should be greatful that I can still use them plugged in, but what happens when the power goes out.....

The battery on this can is very weak. The fan always stops working after a few minutes, even after being fully re-charged. The fan also always cuts off on the higher setting. Very disappointing purchase for the price. Not worth it at all. I recommend finding a different, more reliable brand.

Sounded like it was broken. Donated to Goodwill.
