We used to have a heavy duty red torpedo years ago, but it eventually disappeared and I couldn't find a replacement no matter how hard I looked. Then like an answer to my prayers - one day this showed up during one of my desperate searches! The price might seem steep, but this is quite simply one of the best pool toys you can get, and should last nearly forever unless you really go out of your way to abuse it. It's heavy, large, and really darts through the water even if you just drop it or give it a light toss or push. We have started using it in various pool games that involve tagging like Marco polo and sharks and minnows, and it is a blast.

My grandsons love this torpedo in our pool.

This thing is amazing. It works great. I had one as a child and this did not disappoint. Be careful carrying this into the bedroom. Someone might get the wrong idea.

My son loves this for pool play. They throw it to each other underwater and it travels well under water.

So much fun in the pool. Have bought in the past and still a winner! Quite sturdy and the kids just love it.

Fun for kids and adults!

This torpedo is lots of fun in the pool. It’s easy to see under water , moves rapidly, and can be used with two players or a group. However, it is pretty pricey. Likely won’t order another for that reason.
