This unit broke down on the second day after I received it. I had applied to return the unit, but since I was traveling, I could not return it until now. Decided to forego the price paid, but instead leave a note that could be useful for buyers in the future.

Great product exactly what I needed. I have no complaints.

After a couple mishaps, was able to use this immersion water heater. I used a plastic 6 quart bowl, filling it about half full. I thought the clip on it was used to attach it to the side of the container but after doing so, it burned a little hole in the side of the bowl. On another try, the metal prongs changed color which was probably due to my taking it out of the water before unplugging it. Would probably not buy this again or totally recommend it although some users would probably still find it helpful.

This works great for heating small basins of water. Not intended for full bathtubs! Water heater broke and needed to wash dishes. It heated up a sink full of water in about 20 minutes! It also works for the bathtub but it takes a really long time for it to get to temperature. Great product overall, cord could be a little longer

Got this for an outdoor water tank to keep from freezing and heat if needed ... didn't realize how cold got one night water partly froze tuned this on and in an hour was unfrozen
