Throw away your old straps and buy these. The ease of use and functionality of these straps are far superior to the old insert and ratchet style. The colors are vibrant and manly and you will definitely turn heads when using these straps. I have been using them a lot and they are holding up very well. Its hard to tell that I have even used them. i live that you just extend them out, crank them down and when done just release and retract. the clips on the end also have a great secondary locking bar to ensure they hold and do not slip out. The fabric does not have any elasticity or stretch to it so you do t have to worry about it flexing. They also come with a pretty nice storage back.

A++++ Added some springs to the bottom and used it to hold down my awning on my RV. It has worked well up to 40 mile an hour winds. Easy to set up and even easier to break down. Great product!

I want more. These are fantastic. So much easier to use, means that I'm quicker in securing gear. There are two downsides to these. 1. The mechanisms are heavy. So they do weigh the strap down a bit and make it seem like you aren't tightening enough. 2. They seem so nice that I find myself wanting to avoid leaving them out. So in my case I am not using them when I have my UTV on a trailer in storage. But the plusses are far greater. 1. The hooks have retainer springs so they don't come off the before I tighten the strap. 2. The spring loaded straps mean I'm not fussing with threading ratchets or buckles. 3. No loose ends to tie up 4. I can secure my cargo in half the time 5. Overall quality is high. The straps and hooks do feel better than what I have gotten at the home stores.

This review is for the Rhino USA Retractable Ratchet Straps (4-Pack) - 2 Inch x 10 Feet (3,033lb Break Strength). I bought red this time. This is my 4th set of Rhino Retractable Ratchet Straps that I've purchased. My son, son-in-law, and grandson-in-law (if that's a thing) "borrowed" my previous sets, and just never returned them. My daughter laughs and tells me that possession is 9/10th of the law. We've used them for moving furniture, securing large items in the back of the truck or on the trailer, and for securing tarps to cover the smaller items in the bed. I bought this set because my wife bought a king headboard, footboard, slats, and frame. After she went to pick the set up, she called me and told me they wouldn't fit in her truck. That left me going to a big box store and getting another set of straps, or ordering these on line. Thankfully, I got these delivered overnight, and we picked her bed up yesterday. Not sure where she's going to put that bed because there are beds in all four bedrooms. I bought my first set of Rhino retractable straps in 2017 or 2018, and my son is still using them. He uses them to tie down wood in his shop. That tells me they are durable. While these are more expensive than some from the big box stores, they are IMO, better quality. I particularly like the retractable mechanism, as it makes it much easier to use, then store back in the bag. The one thing I'd like to see, and this is not a deal-breaker or star reductions, is retractable straps longer than 10 feet.

Just ordered these and used to tie down my Can-Am Canyon Redrock on a trip to Big Bend National Park. Worked great and held my gear quite securely. Very happy with these straps and how easy they are to use! Highly recommend these straps!

These straps are really sturdy and easy to use. The retractable feature is convenient, and they feel strong enough for heavy loads. A good set for hauling or securing items.

Amazing product, they are easy to use, tough and very well built. These are a huge improvement from the old manual kind, plus the storage bag is perfect to keep them together, clean and easy to find. Definitely a great buy!

This was the best present to get my husband for Christmas. He absolutely loves the retractable straps. They are easy to use and easy to put away. They held a 85” tv in the back of truck with no issue. Tightening them around a fragile item was super easy. No more just throwing the tie downs in a pile and getting knotted. Wonderful item!

Wow- these retractable ratchets are excellent! So sturdy and easy to use. Living that they are retractable so no messy straps in the bed of the truck.

Heavy duty and work great! Super easy to use and love the recoil system, so there’s no extra strap flapping around. Also, really like the spring clips on the hooks so you know they’re not gonna fall off if your load shifts.

Purchased the 2” x10” in red due to the increased weight capacity compared to 1” . The straps seem to be built like a tank, everything about them is heavy duty . The metal eye hooks with a latch or perfect to prevent them from coming out of your anchor points during tie down . The straps are high vis red with very nice stitching on the seams . The housing is mostly metal with a few plastic covers . The retract system is power and does not bind up when rolling the strap in . The ratchet system is very sturdy and the handing is easy to operate . It is so nice to be able to just pull them over why you are trying to strap down . Then you just hit the retract bottom to self retract out the slack , at that point just ratchet your tension . To remove you simply lower the ratchet lever , push the bottom and pull away . After is off push the bottom again to engage the retract , it wraps up your strap for you for storage . I am so looking forward to not rolling up straps at minus 30 anymore . What a time saver , so easy to keep organized . The included storage back is a very nice touch and also high quality .
